Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and BPMV Group LLC, which operates SendShelf. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. They are written to be read, so they are shorter and plainer than most.
Who may use it
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. SendShelf is built for creators in the Amazon Influencer Program, but nothing stops you using it to track anything else you film — we simply will not have designed it for that.
One account is one person. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for everything done through your account.
Invite codes and approval
SendShelf is invite-only. Registering requires a valid invite code, and each code works exactly once.
A code does not get you an account. It gets you as far as the signup form. What that produces is a pending account, which cannot sign in until we approve it by hand. We may decline to approve an account, and we do not have to give a reason.
Do not share, sell or publish an invite code you were given. We can revoke any unused code at any time.
What you may not do
Short list, and all of it is what you would expect:
- Do not use SendShelf to break the law, or to infringe anyone's rights.
- Do not attack the service — no probing for vulnerabilities without asking us first, no attempts to reach another creator's data, no automated hammering of the API, no deliberate attempt to overwhelm it.
- Do not resell access, or run the service on behalf of others as if it were yours.
- Do not upload anything unlawful, and do not paste credentials — yours or anyone else's — into the notes fields. They are notes, not a vault.
If you find a security problem, email us before you tell anyone else and we will work with you.
Suspension and termination
We can suspend an account that breaks these terms. Because suspension is checked on every request rather than only at sign-in, it takes effect within seconds rather than at your next login.
You can stop using SendShelf whenever you like, and you can ask us to delete your account and its contents at any time — see theprivacy policy for how that works and how long backups persist.
If we ever shut the service down, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to get your data out before it goes.
Your data, and what it is worth
What you put in is yours. Your product records, costs, scripts, notes and video URLs belong to you. We claim no ownership of them and no licence to use them beyond what is needed to run the service for you — storing them, backing them up, and showing them back to you.
Accuracy is yours too.SendShelf counts down a return window from dates you type in. It does not know when you actually bought anything, it does not check Amazon, and it cannot tell you that a date is wrong. If the date is wrong, the countdown is wrong.
So is your tax filing. The cost ledger is a record of what you told the application you spent. It is a convenience, not accounting software, not tax advice, and not reviewed by anybody. Check it against your own records before it goes anywhere near a return.
Availability
SendShelf is provided as-is, with no uptime guarantee. We deliberately do not promise a percentage, because nothing here measures one and a number we could not stand behind would be worse than silence.
It runs on a single server. It will occasionally be down for deploys, for maintenance, or because something broke. We take nightly backups and we will do our best, and that is the whole of the commitment.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that SendShelf will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will prevent you from missing a return window.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, BPMV Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or the cost of substitute services.
Being specific, because this is the case that will actually come up:we are not liable for a return window you missed.SendShelf displays a countdown built from dates you entered. It is a reminder, not a guarantee, and the money was always yours to manage.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.SendShelf is currently free, so in practice that is one hundred dollars.
Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against us because of how you used SendShelf — content you entered, a law you broke, or a right of theirs you infringed — you agree to cover our reasonable costs in dealing with it.
Your obligations to Amazon are yours
SendShelf is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon, and it gives you no access to any Amazon service. Nothing in these terms changes your own obligations under the Amazon Influencer Program terms, the Associates Operating Agreement, or the FTC's disclosure rules. Changes to the service and to these terms
SendShelf is early software and will change. Features may be added, altered or removed.
If we change these terms we will update the effective date above and describe what changed. For any change that materially affects your rights, we will email account holders — we will not rely on you noticing a new date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it; if you do not, tell us and ask us to close your account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and we both agree to those courts having jurisdiction.
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still stands. If we do not enforce something immediately, we have not given up the right to.
