Who may use SendShelf

Accounts and approval
TO WRITE. Factually: anyone may request an account, but an account is inactive until an operator approves it, and it can be suspended. Say so plainly — it is the part of signing up that surprises people.
What you may and may not do with it

TO WRITE. Who owns the product records and video URLs entered — say that the account holder does.
Availability and support
TO WRITE. Do not promise an uptime figure that nothing measures.
Relationship to Amazon
SendShelf is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Amazon, and it provides no access to any Amazon service. Nothing here changes your obligations under Amazon's own agreements — including the Amazon Influencer Program terms and the Associates Operating Agreement — and complying with those remains entirely yours.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
TO WRITE, and worth a lawyer's eye rather than a template: the tool displays a return-window countdown from dates the account holder enters, so a missed return is not something this can be liable for. Say that in language that survives being read back.
